How to order

holo holo offers an original gift service based on your requirements.
We will contact you after you place your order to better understand who will be receiving the gift.
Our goal is to offer you a gift suitable for the situation orparticular tastes or even when you leave it to us to decide.

1. When you find a product or service you want to purchase, click the shopping cart icon associated with it and then complete the order form that follows. Please pay for flower gift orders at least 4 days prior to shipment. Payment for weddings must be received at least 4 weeks prior to the event date.
　　　
2. holo holo will contact you by email and/or phone to reconfirm your order.
3. You will be notified by email describing the amount due and holo holo's bank information. Please understand that payment must be received before the order can be processed.
4. Orders can not be canceled after payment is received.

Returns

All orders are not returnable. Once purchased, they can not be returned due to the custom nature of the product. Please contact us if your order is received damaged so that we can arrange another delivery. You must contact us the day of delivery.

Delivery Address and Date

1. We deliver anywhere in Japan (this includes Honshu, Hokkaido, Kyushu and Shikoku but exceptions occur during certain times of the year) and delivery dates vary according to place. We only use express delivery services except for weddings and parties where we will personally make the delivery.
2. Your order does not include the shipping cost. This cost is calculated after we confirm your order and will be added to the total.

Summer season flower gifts

We only use fresh flowers so they are more delicate to ship during the summer months. During this time, we ship using refrigerated express delivery service. Please understand that the person you are sending the gift to should be immediately available to receive it to avoid withering of the flowers.
